POSITION | Clinical Professor of Business Law & Ethic
Kelly Eskew is a Clinical Professor of Business Law & Ethics at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She has won numerous teaching awards for her innovative courses in sustainability law and policy, business and poverty alleviation, business ethics, and business and human rights. Professor Eskew runs service learning projects in her courses that connect students to real world projects for clients addressing sustainability and climate issues.
Professor Eskew graduated from the IU McKinney School of Law in 2001 and holds a masters in U.S. History, also from Indiana University. Prior to joining the IU faculty in 2015, she spent 15 years in private practice, as in-house counsel for a major hospital system, and as staff attorney with the ACLU of Indiana. She previously taught at IU’s McKinney School of Law and at Butler University.
Professor Eskew is co-chair of the Teaching and Education sub-committee.
